Mike Labiak

 Mike Labiak is a successful entrepreneur, active investor and general partner in ventures that have become listed companies on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mike’s investment portfolio and business interests encompass a wide range of endeavors from healthcare to automotive, energy production and real estate transactions. Mike was past General Manager of Windsor Honda Automotive leading the Dealership to hyper growth sales during his tenure. He was also instrumental in the formation and acted as a Founding member, COO and Interim CFO of the Essex Angel Capital (EXC). EXC, now Block One Capital Inc., is listed on the Venture Exchange and is crypto centric. He is also founding Shareholder for Vier Capital Group (2015) which completed its qualifying transactions with Vertex Resource Group. In 2017, in his Director role, Soleil Capital Corp. successfully completed a qualifying transaction with Goldplay Exploration. Mike along with his wife, have over 25 years’ experience in the ownership, development and execution of several Apothecary Pharmacies involving merger and acquisition activity. Mike specializes in financial metric assessment, investor relations, investment planning, corporate sales, and new customer development. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts – Business - emphasis Finance - from Michigan State University.
